1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 5bdt website at https://5bdt.club (the "Site"), creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming any promotional offer, you ("the Player", "you", "your") enter into a binding contractual agreement with 5bdt (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This agreement comprises these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Site from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the Site. If you access 5bdt via a mobile browser, tablet, or desktop computer, these terms apply equally in all cases. The Platform operates in English; all communications, notices, and legal documentation are provided in English.

Amendment of Terms: 5bdt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any change constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the amended terms. Where an amendment is material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, but this does not constitute an obligation.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of 5bdt is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Platform is an adult gambling service and is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing this Platform would constitute a criminal offence under that jurisdiction's laws.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any such person associated with 5bdt or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would render your participation in breach of a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform in a state of incapacity, including under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

Age Verification: 5bdt enforces strict age verification procedures. The Platform may request documentary proof of age at any point during the registration process or prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be suspended immediately and any balance held will be dealt with in accordance with the Platform's underage gambling procedures.

User Representation: By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. You acknowledge that any false representation made to circumvent these requirements constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 5bdt — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 5bdt Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where the Platform identifies that a player holds more than one account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, void any bets or bonuses associated with those accounts, and retain any balance as a penalty for the breach.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5bdt is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, the Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the Platform's request:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of bKash/Nagad account registration linked to your mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. The Platform will not process any withdrawal from an account whose identity has not been sufficiently verified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 5bdt support team immediately via live chat. The Platform will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Passwords must be changed immediately if you have any reason to believe they have been compromised. 5bdt will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel, including email or live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5bdt operates as a Bangladeshi Taka (৳) native platform. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied to player funds at the cashier level. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed below.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on 5bdt:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The Platform will display currently available options within the cashier section of your account. 5bdt accepts no responsibility for the policies, fees, or processing times applied by third-party payment service providers.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform at the cashier level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5bdt does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified 5bdt account. The Platform reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit found to have been made from an account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

4.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on 5bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining and discharging any tax obligations arising from your gambling activity in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. 5bdt does not withhold or remit tax on player winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and eligible payment methods are detailed on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit-plus-bonus combined, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. 5bdt does not apply hidden or post-hoc wagering requirements — all requirements are disclosed at the point of claiming a bonus.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager staked towards the requirement, while live casino table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage rate as specified in the promotion terms. Playing a game that contributes 0% to wagering requirements while a bonus is active is not prohibited, but such wagers will not reduce your remaining wagering obligation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5bdt reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an account where it determines — in its reasonable judgment — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts; exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. The Platform's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the 5bdt Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game or market as presented within the game interface or the sportsbook. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets placed on 5bdt — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the Platform reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at the Platform's discretion where the in-play market was displayed in error.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a technical interruption to a live dealer session — including disconnection, stream failure, or dealer error — the Platform will endeavour to resolve the interrupted round in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed, wagers will typically be returned to the player's account. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction or error affecting any game on the Platform — whether in an RNG slot, live dealer game, or crash game — the Platform reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. No compensation will be paid in respect of winnings derived from a demonstrable system error or malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bdt Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or where you are personally involved in influencing the result of the event.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using gambling activity as a mechanism to conceal the origin of illicit funds.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials (including stolen bKash or Nagad accounts) to fund your 5bdt account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market available on the Platform.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise simulate human gameplay activity.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for genuine gambling activity on the Platform.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or using another person's identity to register or operate an account.

5bdt employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify suspicious activity. Where the Platform identifies potential fraud, it may freeze the relevant account pending investigation. Players whose accounts are frozen will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to provide a response before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close a player account at any time, subject to the provisions set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 5bdt support team via live chat. Before processing an account closure request, the Platform will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been processed. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, the Platform will treat your request as a self-exclusion request and apply the appropriate responsible gaming measures. 8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

5bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 18
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from a recognised responsible gambling organisation
• Any other circumstance in which the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the games

Where an account is closed by the Platform due to a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, where the Platform ceases to operate in a particular market), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. The Platform will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team via live chat.
